Kettlebells changed my life
I had never worked with kettlebells before I started with Peter's program. My body fat went down 10% in six months but I didn't lose any weight so I also gained a lot of muscle. I also noticed that my digestion and sleep dramatically improved which I think had to do with the breathing, and some of the lifts I learned.

Amazing results from home

I have been using Peter Hirsh's program Strength in Motion for about 2 months now. This program has everything one would need to go from an absolute beginner to pro level. My favourite part of the program is the workout videos. I load up the video and workout with him. It's almost like doing it live with him. He doesn't have annoying music playing in the videos. This is very good for me since I have my chosen music playing.
I can just listen to him and
being blind I can follow along quite well without needing to see the screen.
In the last 8 weeks my lady can see the difference in my body. She's happy and I'm happy. Thank you Mr. Hirsh for building such a useful in-depth program that I can use for years to come.

Amazing results from home
Peter helped me get into incredible shape from home. I have a business that I run from home and three young girls so I don't have time to get to the gym. I love that I only need a few kettlebells to get a great workout in 30-45 minutes. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about ten years ago and I found that my pain went away with kettlebells and a paleo diet. Peters instructions are excellent and his follow along video workouts are a game changer. I love not having to think about what I'm going to do for my workout, I just go to the workout I want and hit play. Highly recommend

A great way to train for rehab and overall fitness
Training with Peter has helped me in countless ways. As a retired military veteran, and being in my sixties, I needed a program that was going to help me workout in a way that was more functional and would help me to move better. I have had quite a few injuries throughout the years and can't afford to hurt myself working out. I find that kettlebells help me to build strength, flexibility and stamina without aches and pains that I used to get from weight lifting and running. (Now I can run and it doesn't hurt my hips and knees) I also got my wife to workout with me and I just bought her a set of her own kettlebells.
